健美队男的这个尿真是何其多，随时随地······。最后的冠军是某某队，所以他们那坑人的快进也值了。

躺着减肥
看完也能理解为什么后面被砍了。。。。队伍都很弱，任务有些都不用干什么就能过，冠军总算是有点办事能力的，还算能接受，健身教练真的很温和，祝福他们，第三名吃相一直很难看，给他们的减速带简单得让人怀疑节目组故意要留下三队澳队进决赛。
