Mentally ill patients, people infected with HIV, migrant workers - these are some groups who are shunned, stigmatized and even pushed to the margin of our society as they are unable to fit into the mainstream. Seen as social outcast, they often live in fear, shame, despair or loneliness, until they find help and support from people who show them hope and directions in life. Though these helpers come from different background and agencies, ranged from full-time professionals to volunteers, they share the same goals and passion as they try to improve the lives of their beneficiaries. Despite the various challenges encountered along the way, they are unfazed - showing their resilience and determination.
