Across the city of Cape Town, a sex-line operator, a dog handler and a computer technician begin to suspect that their romantic relationships are the subject of a bizarre conspiracy, involving their family, friends, and possibly even greater forces. 以纯粹延续感情戏为主线的电影，最有趣的是两对同伴间拥有着不同的身份，家庭背景和自身缺陷，循序渐进地被置于关系线在若有似无的情景下，四个人的表现力及和自身个性撞击着彼此。作为一部探讨relationship between the contemporary isolated personality（至少我认为是的）现实主义形式化的表现下，也确实迫使人们思考了我们拥有的情感的本质是什么这个空洞却存在的问题。
