Take an in depth look into the American Mafia, Genovese crime family and one family in the middle. Rocco "Rocky Nap" Napoli and father James "Jimmy Nap" Napoli ran the most successful and lucrative numbers operation in the country for nearly fifty years. Jimmy Nap is credited with giving birth to gambling, racketeering, numbers and sports book as we know it dating back to the 1920's. Rocky Nap carried on the family business into the 1980's. In 1988 both Napoli's were arrested with five others for an allege plot to murder the notorious Jon Gotti.
