剧情介绍
It is fitting that an elderly Frenchman named Aimé begins the journey of a lifetime to the grand chords of Dvorak's Symphony #9 (From the New World). This gracious man, at age 91, sets sail for Morocco. As much a journey in time as a physical passage, Georgi Lazarvski's film is a meditative reflection filled with regret, loss and great joy. As Aimé and his grandson travel, Aimé answers questions about his childhood and adolescence and the film becomes a portrait of his entire life. Their peregrinations are echoed by musical leitmotifs representing the different periods of Aimé's life. The music sings like an open herald to the wonders of the world, becoming the backdrop for Aimé's experiences in this fabled land.
