县城浮生

这是一个位于华北平原黄河南岸的具有代表性的小县城，人口近90万，其中城区人口二十余万，这一片区的治安由城区派出所管辖，所里有民警近30人。镜头便对准了这个城区派出所，派出所每天都会接到许多报警，上演着形形色色的小城故事，或让人气愤，或让人心疼，亦或者啼笑皆非，表现出小城生活百态，以此展现出在社会日益发展下，中国小县城人民的生存和精神状态。
　　"This is a small representative town located in the southern coast of the Yellow River in the North China Plain. It has a population of nearly 900,000, of which the urban population comprises over 200,000.Its public order is taken charge of by the urban police station where 30 police are there.
　　This is the place where the camera aimed at - local police station, where it receives a lot of reporting calls every day and a wide range of stories can be heard. These stories make people angry, pitiful, amused or even cry. They showed diverse life conditions of the town. Hence, the living and spiritual states of people there can be revealed in the times of gradual social development."
