《食物选择》本来是想看看素食主义的蛋白质补充，各类必须元素在素食性中的完整性和可替代性。结果通篇都是素食主义大法好，人民群众站起来，我呸啊。你好的点我连一个都没有抓到！你给我讲清楚啊倒是！

看到最后觉得虽然有些观点略偏激，但道理大概率是对的。说白了以前奉为真理的高蛋白低碳水饮食也是被洗脑得来的。哪个更科学，确实有争论。但这部片子给了我一个新的视角，很感激。想到很多事情。想要顺着这个思路继续探索下去，退行性疾病。

看标题以为是介绍不同食物中所含营养以及对身体的影响的，但其实就是个单纯的素食主义洗脑片，有观点有态度鼓励人们素食没问题，但论据有点简单粗暴，数据来源模糊，跟微信老年朋友圈热帖差不多，比电视购物没太多长进
