On May 25, 2008, NASA's Phoenix Lander will enter the Martian atmosphere and land on its polar ice-cap in the last phase of a historic mission to investigate Mars' past by digging down into the soil and ice - something that has never been done before. 一切都是围绕火星找水展开，来自火星的陨石，火星表面的似乎是河水流动的造成的脉络，岩石中的圆形的黄铁矿，然后是凤凰号的再一次出发，这次，主要是到火星北极，被推测是火星冰层的可能存在地，然后打洞、土壤分析……

这种题材的驾驭，discovery做的会比BBC与NG差一些。
