Part history, part gastronomy but completely seductive, this film will be a documentary exploration of our love affair with pastry and patisserie. From childhood favourites to incredible gravity defying greats like wedding croquembouche, and reconstructed historic pieces-montées, strange ancient recipes and incredible modern creations, Michel will bear witness to the creation of sweet perfection.

不許說我可愛
只喜吃原料,現在甜品越來越貴,夾塊水果就算高端,雪媚娘成本不就淡奶油,沒用進口卻賣14,雙皮奶18,黃浦江畔手指泡芙也才50啊。
