韩国影史可以留名的导演、演员和作品基本都出场了(直接或间接)，军事独裁统治时期，对韩影来说是最坏的时代也是最好的时代。“卖座的才是好电影”无疑是对当下韩影最好的讽刺，坐吃山空。不过韩国的独立电影确实是天朝望尘莫及的。
